Radisson jazzes up its dishes

Eva Kosmas, Staff Writer

Eva highly recommends the Monterey chicken sandwich, which is served with delicious home-made potato chips.  Situated at the corner of Sepulveda and Centinela, the newly renovated restaurant inside of the Culver City Radisson is elegant, fun and affordable.  It's menu has a wide variety of options for both the wallet and the palate.  Ranging from an assortment of buffalo wings ($8) to their green tea smoked salmon ($18.50), everyone is almost certain to find something satisfying.

I was able to try several of the dishes, starting with the Ying salad and the highly recommended calamari. To be completely honest, the Ying salad was truly the best salad I’ve had in my entire life. Composed of mixed spring leaves, grilled chicken breast, snow peas, shallots and crispy fried wontons, the salad’s key ingredient was the dressing. It had strong notes of ginger and was sweet and sour at different points. An experience in itself, I would highly recommend this dish to both vegetarians (sans chicken) and meat-eaters alike.... click here to read the rest of the review and other comments.
